Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items

Items listed in production require additional processing time. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and shipping timelines.

Tracking & Delivery

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent via sms. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package is in transit.

Chargebacks & Claims

Chargebacks or payment disputes opened before the stated shipping timeframe has passed will be considered fraudulent and may result in order cancellation and account restriction.
